1996：8月，湖州京昌电子有限公司成立。 1997：3月，由国外进口的主要设备全部到位，开始试生产。 1998：8月，通过ISO9002国际质量体系认证。 1999：1月，通过浙江科技厅“浙江省高科技企业”认证。 2001：9月，浙江万向集团、上海复旦微电子入股京昌电子有限公司，注册资本变为2600万元。 12月19日，浙江京昌电子股份有限公司在浙江省工商局注册成立.注册资金：4000万元。 2002：7月份，通过QS9000认证。8月，搬进新厂房。同年10月增加投资,扩大SMT贴片线。 2003：9月份，投入两条专业的汽车油位传感器专业生产线。 2004：8月份，导入TS16949质量保证体系，计划2005年5月通过认证。 2005：8月份，正式通过TS16949质量保证体系。 欢迎登陆公司网址
